“Great place to stay in the Tri-Cities area. Easy access, well-appointed and gorgeous view room with balcony, and a fantastic restaurant with others nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful too! Will be staying again soon!”

“In room air conditioning didn’t work. Very helpful maintenance worker was sent up and he was able to get the fan working but the air never got cold. There was nothing more he could have done so I just dealt with it. Other than that it was good”

“Staff is very helpful and nice. Room and hotel clean. Would have given a 5-star rating across the board, but my husband and I did not sleep well in Rm 131 because both queen beds were the lumpiest mattresses we’ve ever slept on.”
